We wish to advise that from Wednesday 22nd April our Ellesmere Port Service and Transit Repair Centre will re-open for emergency and essential repairs manned by a small team of volunteers.

Operating hours are Monday – Friday: 8.30am till 5.00pm.
THE GOVERNMENT HAS GRANTED A SIX MONTH EXEMPTION FROM MOT TESTING FOR CARS, VANS AND MOTORCYCLES FROM MOT TESTING
EFFECTIVE FROM FRIDAY 27th MARCH OUR SERVICE AND PARTS DEPARTMENTS AT OUR BIRKENHEAD SITE WILL CLOSE.
WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY TEAM OPERATING OUT OF OUR ELLESMERE PORT SITE COVERING EMERGENCY, ESSENTIAL AND MOT
WORK WHICH WILL CLOSE AT 5.30PM ON TUESDAY 31ST MARCH.
IF YOU NEED THEIR ASSISTANCE THEY CAN BE CONTACTED ON 0151 357 1221 BETWEEN 8.30AM AND 12.30PM ON SATURDAY 28TH AND BETWEEN 8.30AM AND 5.30PM ON MONDAY 30TH AND TUESDAY 31ST.
AFTER 31ST MARCH OUR BUSINESS WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

OUR RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
24th March 2020.
In these unprecedented times and conditions, we wanted to write to you to say we hope you’re well and that you, your family and your friends remain safe and healthy during such a challenging period for everybody.
Please be assured that the welfare of our customers and employees during this time remains our priority.
For this reason, we have made the decision to temporarily close the sales departments in all of our M53 dealerships until further notice. The government recommendations changed yesterday, and the advice is that it is no longer appropriate to keep our dealerships open to the public. We must honour this and respectfully play our part to protect our communities.
However the government classes garages as essential so we need to keep you on the road. We have set up an emergency essential repair team that will be working out of Ellesmere Port for servicing, mot’s and emergency repairs. When you phone in please choose option 2. Opening times are as follows.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Sunday Closed
