The ever-popular Ford Focus comes with a fresh new design for 2022, with improved interior technology, a revised selection of trims, and mild-hybrid engine technology that offers even better fuel economy than ever before. Discover more about this exceptional new model at M53 Ford today.
Perhaps the most noticeable changes to the design of the new Ford Focus can be found at the front of the vehicle. The grille is larger than before and includes the iconic Ford logo prominently displayed front and centre, while the chrome surround and full LED headlights are additional touches that help make the model unique.
Trim levels for the new Focus include Trend, Titanium, ST Line and Active. There’s also a Vignale package available for a touch of extra quality, incorporating satin-finished upper grille bars and side vents. The cabin is spacious and carefully arranged to put you in complete control, with the digital screens demonstrating the forward-thinking nature of the vehicle.
Petrol and diesel engine options are joined by the very latest in Ford EcoBoost mild-hybrid technology. These hybrid options include a 48-volt battery paired with a 1.0-litre petrol engine, producing increased levels of torque while optimising fuel efficiency. You can also benefit from a seven-speed Powershift automatic transmission for ultimate performance.
The latest infotainment system from Ford - the SYNC 4 suite - features at the heart of the model’s dashboard, with a 13.2-inch colour touchscreen the centre of attention. This engaging system connects to your smartphone via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and also provides controls for the climate measures in the vehicle, resulting in a cleaner and less cluttered dashboard.
Some of the finest safety measures and driver assistance systems are included in the new Ford Focus to ensure complete safety out on the road. Among the newest additions to this collection are Blind Spot Assist and Intersection Assist, which both utilise camera and radar technology to identify risks presented by other vehicles.
