If any of your Transit Chassis Double Cab’s tyres start to lose pressure during your journey, the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System warns you immediately if there’s a puncture by lighting up an icon on the instrument panel.
A system that can help protect pedestrians
Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection uses RADAR and camera technology to scan the road ahead. If a collision risk with a vehicle, pedestrian or cyclist is detected, it’ll then provide you with a warning. If you don’t respond in time, the system can automatically apply up to full braking force to help reduce the severity of, or even eliminate, some frontal collisions. Emergency Brake Assist helps your vehicle achieve maximum braking effectiveness in an emergency situation. The system senses how much pressure you’ve applied to the brake yourself and automatically increases it, if necessary. Technology shown is optional
