This statement outlines the commission arrangements between M53 Motors Limited and its lenders for financial products and services we offer.

If you are an individual, sole trader or small partnership we can arrange a credit agreement or consumer hire agreement for you which is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You have a right to ask us to disclose the income we would receive for arranging finance for you. Any disclosure request will be dealt with promptly, in a manner that is clear, fair and not misleading.

We work with a panel of lenders to provide finance products and services for our customers. The income that we earn may be a flat rate or a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. Our commission arrangements with our lenders have been negotiated in advance. We do not have any discretion to negotiate or adjust your interest, APR or any other item included in the charge for credit.
